Return and Refund Policy

A return shipping label and additional instructions will be sent to you.

Securely repackage the item and deliver it to the assigned carrier.

As soon as we receive and review the return, you will be informed.

4. Return Shipping Charges
For all qualified returns, GadgetGridX pays for return shipping.

As part of our satisfaction guarantee, we still offer free return shipping if the customer made a mistake (for example, ordering the incorrect item).

5. Timeline for Refunds
After your return is received and authorized:

Within three to seven business days, refunds are handled.

Your original payment method will be used to get the refund.

An email will be sent to you as soon as your refund is processed.

Please be aware that it could take longer for banks or credit card companies to credit your account with the refund.

Items that are shipped in the wrong way

Take crisp pictures of the item and its packaging.

After delivery, get in touch with us within 24 hours.

We’ll provide a replacement or refund right away, at no additional expense.

If you need to return a GadgetGridX product that you received as a gift:

Depending on the circumstances, you might qualify for an exchange or store credit.
